At the core of social movements you will find a strong network of peers, connected through a joint vision, values and experience. From community networks, to international membership bodies, understanding how network grow, roles of people, decision making, communication, purpose, identity and values and sustainability are all essential parts of network development.

Using lots of practical examples and group work, this one day workshop will explore the ideas, tools and motivations needed to generate and sustain collective control and maximise the power of a peer network for social impact.

Participants will leave with their own workbook and action plan.

‘Thanks Social Change Agency, you did a great job. You certainly delivered new ideas, enthusiasm and motivation for our community network leaders which is exactly what I wanted’. – Abigail Townsend, Local People Programme Leader, The Conversation Volunteers
