Ediane De Lima
Ediane has experience working with community organising, policy and international development. Prior to joining The Social Change Agency, she worked as a consultant for The International Institute for Educational Planning (IIEP UNESCO | Paris). Ediane has studied and worked in Brazil, Sweden, Germany, Norway, France and the UK.
As a black woman from a marginalised community in São Paulo, Ediane has always been interested in understanding and tackling poverty and inequalities. She is particularly interested in exploring ways in which power can be shared, so people from vulnerable backgrounds can be included in decision-making and governance across all sectors. Amongst other things, Ediane loves good food, especially the Brazilian kind, and long walks.
