Ediane De Lima
Ediane has experience working with community organising, policy and international development. She is one of our consultants and works with a wide range of clients on learning evaluation, systems thinking and community building projects. Prior to joining The Social Change Agency, she worked as a consultant for The International Institute for Educational Planning (IIEP UNESCO | Paris).
As a black woman from a community at the sharp end of inequality in São Paulo – Brazil, Ediane has always been interested in understanding and tackling poverty and inequalities. She is particularly interested in exploring ways in which people from different backgrounds can be part of decision-making and governance across all sectors.
Ediane holds a BSc in Public Policy Management from The University of São Paulo, a Master in Public Policy with a specialisation in Social Policy and Social Innovation from The Paris Institute of Political Studies, and a Certification in Social Entrepreneurship.
