Create powerful communities and networks for change

Why build peer networks and communities of practice?

If you’re already managing a membership organisation,  you’ll know just how much potential lies in the collective power of networks. You’ll equally understand how challenging managing a network can be.

If network building is new to you, consider this: Have you ever been part of a group of people who share similar goals or interests? Maybe you’ve exchanged information or collaborated with others in this group to achieve your objectives. Well, that’s essentially what peer networks and communities of practice are all about.

These networks play a vital role in creating systems of support, scaffolding growth, and laying the ground work for systemic change.

we’ll show you how to empower others to lead and flourish within the network

In this training, you’ll explore how to build and manage peer-led networks in a way that doesn’t stifle their growth. Instead of adopting a top-down approach, which can be counterproductive, we’ll show you how to empower others to lead and flourish within the network. That’s the key to creating a thriving, self-sustaining network that can truly make a difference.

During the session we’ll draw on The Network Building Canvas, to help you understand, test, and experiment with your network. By answering questions like who is part of the network and how do people find it, you’ll gain insights into how to create a genuine peer-led network that enables deep transformation.
